Our East Bay Honeymoon Beachfront Butler Suite was a stunning retreat with breathtaking ocean views from the private balcony. Enjoying morning coffee while listening to the gentle waves was the highlight of our stay. The access to the private island was a fantastic treat, perfect for snorkeling and relaxing at the beach.

The resort is beautifully decorated with lush tropical gardens and elegant architecture that creates a serene atmosphere. The pool areas offer accessible seating and walking paths, making it easy for seniors like myself to enjoy the facilities comfortably.

Improve staff attentiveness and responsiveness.

We had an amazing time experiencing the butler service, especially how attentive Dijon, Dylan, and Denise were. The exquisite food at La Plume and Gordon's was a delightful surprise. The only downside was that the air-conditioning in the room was pretty loud. Definitely considering a return trip!

We enjoyed sunny afternoons by the East pool, finding it a perfect escape for relaxation. Evenings softened by Geren’s bar tales enriched our stay, making the experience feel personalized and warm. The sea view from our West Bay Honeymoon Oceanview Club Level Suite truly elevated our experience, providing a serene backdrop for romantic evenings.

The butler service was superb, making our stay very enjoyable. The West Bay Honeymoon Oceanview One Bedroom Butler Suite was newly refurbished, offering modern touches that enhanced our comfort. The pool views were stunning, perfect for relaxation after a day of activities.

There were some delays in restaurant reservations which could be frustrating.

The offshore island was a fantastic highlight! The cozy vibe and unique zones made relaxing super easy. Our butlers were great, attention to detail was on point.

Our only struggle was with the reservation system. The offshore island was a special treat, feeling like a private paradise. However, getting enough sunbeds was tricky since they were all saved by 7 AM, leading to a crowded experience at times. Overall, the food quality exceeded our expectations, and the staff were genuinely lovely throughout our stay.

Amazing vacation! The best I have ever had!

This was our first Sandals experience and it definitely exceeded our expectations. Upon arrival, we were greeted with cold towels and champagne, followed by a delicious lunch at Spices that felt like a gourmet buffet. The snorkeling was unforgettable, and our couples massage at the Red Lane Spa was the best we've ever had. The food at various restaurants was fantastic, especially the seafood linguine and the unique buffet setup for appetizers at Casanova.

The sliced tropical fruits were a treat that danced on the palate, and don’t get me started on the offshore private island vibe! Had a fab atmosphere during the days and evenings, making it a great spot to unwind by the pool with a drink in hand.

Long waits for seating at the restaurants put a damper on our dining adventures. Plus, we had to chase after fresh towels—pretty irritating when you're just trying to kick back. Don't be so laid-back that you forget the essentials!
